True Image 2013 not showing progress...

Thread needs solution

I am using Acronis True Image to clone a disk. I am doing this between a hard disk connected via USB (source disk) and a Seagate external Hard drive. This is not cloning the existing hard drive.

When I started, I am used to seeing a progress bar or something in the tray in the bottom right, or at least I did with my 2011 version.

I cannot see anything now. I can see that the processes are running from the Windows Task Manager, but nothing else.

How can I access the progress of this cloning?

Thanks!

I think I found the solution to the same problem.  I launched the program from tools and utilities when I started the clone operaton.  Then there was no progress bar or gui at all.  I saw in Task Manager that something was taking up resources.  I went ahead an launched the mainTrue Image 2014  program again, and then chose the tools and utilities tab.  Then the status bar popped up to say that I had about 8 hours left to finish the cloning I had begun.  (450MB of stuff from one external drive to another).
I find that this cloning procedure is the easiest way to create a duplicate of a FAT32 external disk in Windows.   It should wipe out the NTFS structure of the targe drive while cloning.
