True Image 2013 not working after starting backup
Sorry my terrible english, but german forum looks nearly dead:-( Is realy just english support availlible?
When I start a backup session in Windows 8-64, after a short time I ge a message "Acronis...is not working well, must be closed.
I accept the message and at shutdown the comuter waits to end the backup session, the file looks correctly, I did not ry to restore.
I did it now three times, allways the same problem.
I installed True Image as administrator and remarked services (recomended in forums for normal use, no online backups):
Acronis nonstop backup
Acronis selector activator
Acronis sync agent service
What may be the raeson of my problem?

I have the same problem with Windows 8 Pro 64bit. I upgraded from 2012 to 2013 (purchasing an upgrade and having a valid product key). As soon as 2013 finishes calculation of backup (I do a backup to a network share) and starts data transfer the UI is not responding anymore.
Windows Task Manager states, that the acronis application is inactive. However the Task bar Icon at bottom right prvides current progress as tooltip.
The issue is also reproducible in case you remove all Acronis Software using the Cleanup Tool, doing a registry cleanup, removing Roaming folders etc. and do a fresh install of True Image 2013 (after rebooting).
Calling the "check for updates" tells me, that I am using the current version of Acronis True Image Home 2013.
