True Image 2013 "scheduler service is stopped" message on boot

I see a post for a fix to this solution that is dated for True Image 2013. I see nothing for a later version. I would have thought that 2015 version would have the necessary patched files.

Also, the solution posted on Acronis site (41540) says this fix is for Windows 8 users. However, I am Windows 7 Pro user.

Attached is the knowledgebase fix for True Image 2013 Windows 8.

Is there anything differently I should do for True Image 2015 Windows 7?
