True Image 2014

Thread needs solution

Since re-installing my program I have tried and failed to clone two of my 1 Tb HD. I get the failed message after only a few minutes, this tells me that the clone program, has failed to read my drive C HD. After checking to see what it might have cloned it tell shows me that my original 1Tb HD is now only a system reserved HD, this has happened on both my HD (these as spares, luckily) In the past I have not had any issue like this happen before, so is there any-one that can explain what has happened and how to get both my HD back to the 1Tb space. I've attached a screen dump to show what memory it' s showing on the HD

It sounds like there are errors on the disks. You can use the Windows chkdsk command from elevated command prompt to check for errors or manufacturer tools may also be of help. After error correction the disks should appear differently.

I am having the same problem. Been using True Image 2014 since 2013 and clone my C: drive almaost every month. This time it will not clone. Tried two hard drives, ran chkdsk on both, no disk issues. Tried to do a repair on 2014, but it uninstalls the program. Any suggestions?  Thanks

Just tried to clone my Dell Laptop with a second copy of True Image 2014 and the same hard drive, and it is working. Something wrong with the copy installed on my desktop?
