True Image 2014 all tabs but Getting Started are "grayed out" - Solved

I have a full licensed version of True Image 2014 that used to work but now when i open the program all tabs but Getting Started are "grayed out". I tried doing a repair install but nothing changed.

 

Update: Solved

I had installed this with a serial number but it was never activated.

Can't figure out how to delete this post
