True Image 2014, Backup on usb stick failed, and wish I could just phone up before I may decide to buy ?

I am trying this product and backing up from my computer it works fine, but I did make a bootable copy onto my usb stick, but could not get it to boot up from it after making the bios bootable by usb, under properties there appeared to be a file on there around the desired size, but nothing would open showing any files, is that because it is an .iso file perhaps

Anyway the computer would not boot up from the usb, but always boots up from the image saved on the hard drive

Are there any issues with booting from a usb ?

Also I do find it a little frustrating that it appears I can not ring up for support before I may decide to buy this product regarding the issue I am having whilst trying it out !
