[True Image 2014] Cannot find certificate server

Thread needs solution

Since 3 days I cannot connect to Acronis Cloud for Online Backup. The Backup task runs since 6 month without problems. Win 7, uptodate, ATI, uptodate.

The first failure log says a failed connection to the certificate server. Since then all logs say that there is no ethernet/internet connection and I should plug in. But it is, the program logs in with my email.

So I fixed the certificate issue like so for Client.crt and the Online-Task.crt:
https://kb.acronis.com/content/14749

Doesn't help. I cleaned my Online back up to get some more empty space for backup (had 75GB free before, now 120GB. No fix.

I can ping cloud-rs-eu1.acronis.com and tracert cloud-rs-eu1.acronis.com, as mentioned here: https://kb.acronis.com/content/4354

Now the log says reading error or corrupt metadata. Yes I renamed *.crt to *.crt.old (onstead of deleting) as adviced. That should not make a difference.

I attached the failure logs, hope that help. If anyone could please point me in a direction or tell me stright away that I need to reupload all again.

I don't like to loose my online backup with revisions and I already bought the 2015 ATI version, but don't want to install yet: Till now I often lost my online backup updating ATI. Get the online task run again seems the first thing to do before updating, isn't it?

Thank you very much. Regards, Samuel.
