True Image 2014 Recovery

After a purchase and at least one (two?) upgrades I learned unfortunately that TI 2014 is worthless. The one time I needed it after duly backing up my hard disk/partition on a regular schedule, I get the error message "Can't find Version 1". Really? After more time than I would otherwise devote so a technical issue, I quit.

I have a new system now, thank you .....and TI 2014 is history.
