True Image 2014 - Windows 7 migration to SSD

I'm following the instructions at http://www.acronis.com/en-gb/support/documentation/ATIH2014/index.html#… 

My Acronis came bundled with a key to Acronis 2014 and I'm considering upgrading to a full version given that my current backup solution is old and clunky, but that's a different story.

My SSD has been installed and is recognised by both windows and Acronis. It was not initially partitioned.

I backed up my System drive to a separate HDD - succesfully and verfied the install.

Removed boot drive from system and rebooted from Acronis recovery DVD.

Get in to Recover and can see the backup and SSD.

Get to the point ( step 11 above ) where I need to specify the location of the backup destination and I come to a halt. The SSD is there and available but trying to select it goes nowhere and I can't procede to the next step.
