True Image 2014 Won't Compress

I have been using True Image 2014 for more than a year with very little issue. This weekend I switch from a 1 TB HDD to a 512 GB SSD and after cloning the disk, I ran a backup of the new C drive with my normal settings and the backup was the same size as the disk (with compression set to normal). I then did a backup of one of my other data drives (which hadn't changed) and the same thing happened - no compression. The only change to the backup settings that I made is to increase the operation priority to normal to get a slightly faster backup. The only drive that has changed is the C drive so there's no reason why any other drive backup should be different.
