True Image 2015 build 6613 bootable media "trial version"

Thread needs solution

I have downloaded True Image 2015 build 6613 and now I cannot create a useable bootable media, it reports it to be an "Unregistered Trial Version" even though I have registered my True Image 2015 and on the pc it shows as activated with my registration number. Is there a way to create a useable .iso to make a bootable cd?

The same for me this build 6613 is supposed to have fixed the known error when creating bootable media using Universal Restore.
I am still getting this is a trial version when trying to run backup from media. And before anyone comments I am using a fully registered TIH 2015 with UR 3 user licence. ARRRGH!!!

I found if I use the Rescue Media Builder I can get a useable bootable cd, of course it's not the Universal Restore, but may be what you want. I have not actually restored from it but I was able to make a backup. Hopefully Acronis will fix this soon. I am starting to think I should look into another provider for my backup needs. Acronis charges for support of a purchased product, even when the update causes problems. Good Luck!

Greetings,
An .iso image of the bootable media for the version you own can be downloaded free from your Acronis User account. I burned a copy of (2015_6613) last week and it is a non-trial copy.

I'll give that a try. Hopefully the Universal Backup and Restore will work.

Thanks for the reply!

Hey all, same here regards to Bill P.'s hurtles.
Am just curious, since Universal Restore is supposed to also be included within this license, does anyone know when a downloadable image with TI and UR options will be posted for us to use? Otherwise, are we unable to use UR with the .iso referred to above, or is there another way to get that functionality?
Thx for any good info, sorry if this answer has been posted elsewhere and I haven't found it.
