True Image 2015 causes my system to crash
I have been trying to use Acronis True Image 2015 for several months now, but can't keep my Windows 7 64bit computer working without crashing. It has been blue screen crashing every day, whether I am backing up or not. I have even had to take it to my computer builder twice because I could not even get it to reboot. After trying all of the new "builds" and the last upgrade, I still could not keep it from blue screening. So I decided to remove the program. So even that was not possible by conventional means. Acronis was no longer in my list to uninstall the program. I went to the Acronis directory and found a program called "uninstall" but that would not work either. I finally found a site that had a routine to uninstall Acronis 2015. That made me a little nervous, since I don't like running scripts like that from sites that I don't know. But sure enough, it did remove it completely and I have not have any crashes since. I was going to report all of this on their support site, but of course, my support ended on October 24th, 2014.

This computer is a very high end box with 4 SATA III SSDs, no hard drives, except for an external 2 TB backup SATA II drive and an external 6 TB SATA II hard drive, both used just for backups. I never had a crash before and have never had one since I installed / removed this Acronis 2015 True Image software. I have been using Acronis for many years without any problems, but this version is no good. I am simply using Windows 7 system image for backups now, which came with Windows 7, and am having no trouble what so ever. I have no interest in bad mouthing Acronis, and don't care about a refund. There was just no other place to let Acronis know that this software needs fixed ASAP.
By the way, this post lists me as a beginner. I have been a programmer since 1978 and have seen and worked with almost every computer made. So I'm slightly more experienced than "beginner", but by no means, a "know it all".
