True Image 2015 do not work

Hi,

I have installed Acronis True Image build 6525, Windows 8.1 64b

It worked properly for one week, but now I cannot start the program.
If I try to start it, it takes one minute to come up. In this one minute takes 14% in TaskManager. Then I can see Acronis Window, but there is no response to mouse or keyboard. There are no Backups to see. Then a few seconds later comes message "Program Acrnis True Image Home stopped working" Debug/Stop program.
I tried reboot my computer and repair intstallation of Acronis, but nothing helped.

Two days ago it worked, since yesterday is do not.
In this day I didn't installed no other SW and it was nothing on HW changed.

I tried also to restore System to a Previous State Using Restore Point (Point 25.2.2014), there was last change on software, but Acronis still not working.

Other programs (Word, Excel, Visual Studio, VM Ware, Firefox, Chrome) are working without any problem.

Can somebody help me, please?

PS: I tried now to install True Image 2014 and it works properly.

The case is solved now.
I'am not sure, what helped, I think it was install True Image 2014 and uninstall.
