True Image 2015 Entire PC Backup then Recovery fails to restore system to bootable state

Thread needs solution

Using the True Image 2015 bootable media and a Entire PC backup fails to restore a bootable copy of Windows 8.1 to the very same system the backup was made on.

I am using a Razer Blade 2015 laptop with a LiteOn SSD and Windows 8.1. The backup was made using the Windows installed copy of TI 2015 to a USB drive and validated correctly. After using the bootable media on a USB stick to perform the recovery the Windows 8.1 continually loops trying to perform a repair and the system is not able to recover.

Is there anyone that can help and where do I start to try and make the recovered boot volumes work ?

Not sure I udnerstand this.. you made the usb drive a bootdisk for ati and made full disk backup to that usb drive? Then you booted the usb drive and restored to the original drive installed inthe original place in the same machine?

First thing I'd check is in the UEFI that the hdisk is the primary boot and that the usb drive is not attached. Then I'd try the restore again and try to manually assign the partitions to ensure they are in the original order. Your PC maker might have seet things up so that one of the partitions had to be in a paritcular place on the drive (usually a system or hidden partition). If that doesn't work, there are a few folks much more knowledgeable about bootstraps than me. Hopefully one of them will see your post and jump in.
