True Image 2015 Not Seeing All Hard Disks

Thread solved

Hello. I recently purchased a new 10TB internal hard drive, and I recently notices that when I go into True Image 2015, it does not appear as an available disk drive to backup or save back ups to. Does this version not support disks that large, or might there be another issue?

Specs (if it helps): Windows 7 Pro SP1 64bit, Intel Core i7 3770k, 32gb RAM

John, welcome to these public User Forums.

The most likely issue is that your new 10TB drive is using exFAT format which your older ATI 2015 does not support.

Supported file systems

  • FAT16/32
  • NTFS
  • Ext2/Ext3/Ext4 *
  • ReiserFS *
  • Linux SWAP *

I have it setup as NTSF. However, this issue resolved itself indirectly. I had to re-image my computer this morning, and now Acronis see's the 10TB drive. Maybe my install or registry of Acronis got corrupted? I have no idea, but it sees everything now. Thanks anyway!!
