True Image 2015 - This Software does not work
When I try to do a backup, it does into a queued state after making all of the selections and never proceeds. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and it just goes into queued status. I've stopped & started the scheduler service.
If I try to do a clone disk, I can select the drive to clone, but the USB attached drive that is visible to TI15 in the source drive selection is greyed out and unselectable in the destination folder.
I am using the latest version of TI15, Windows 8.1, the product has been activated, and everything on this laptop works except this software. How can I get a refund?

This policy won't work for me -- I did not know within 30 days that there were problems until my disk filled up and other problems became evident. I can see a 30-day limit for installation problems, but not technical support for continued use.
