True Image 2015 Trial Version (6525) Serial Number not emailed-No Cloud storage available
Do I need to enter a serial number on the free trial version of True Image 2015? If so, where do I get one? One was not emailed.(not in bulk, spam or junk either). Is there a resend serial number option for the trial version? If no serial number is needed, why is there no cloud data space available after installation and login? On the Backup tab in True Image 2015 it reads "Your Acronis Cloud subscription has expired and is not active. Please update your subscription to be able to perform the selected operation".
This is all after downloading and installing a trial version of True Image 2015 (build 6525) on Windows 8.1. In the help file of the software installation it reads:
"You have unlimited storage space during the trial period. You can use this space to store your online backups and versions of synced files. After the trial period is over, Acronis Cloud works in recovery-only mode for 30 days. After this period you won't be able to use the Acronis Cloud service and all your data on the Cloud will be deleted."
However the True Image 2015 installation Account tab indicates: "Acronis Cloud 0 GB" and the status bar reads "0GB used....0GB" with only a Renew subscription button.
I'm trying to test the backup to cloud and restore routine. Thanks in advance.
