True Image Acronis 2013: Unknown Error
Hello,
As per the attached capture, I keep getting this "Unknown Error has occurred" when trying to backup by using "Disk & Partition Backup" as I normally do.
The knowledge base button takes me to the same problem happening for the 2012 version.
I downloaded the current build and did a repair installation - same error message.

I even tried going in through the Get Started tab and using "Backup System" still no go.
I tried the other options - Online Backup, Other Backups, - so this program is pretty much a dud at the moment. Last time I used it successfully was end of November 2012.
I'm running Win7-64bit, SP1, i7 930, 24GB Ram
Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've downloaded and updated to the latest 2013 version - Build #5551. Same problem.
I can get into the Tools & Utilities to Clone drives and such, but cannot get the backup to work.
Shame, I used to like this program.

Did you try a clean boot to evaluate whether some third party software is in the way?
Launch msconfig.exe.
Disable all non-microsoft and non-Acronis services
Disable all startup items.
Reboot
Try to backup again.
If that doesn't work, uninstall ATI, use the cleanup utility found here, reboot and reinstall.

If that works, go back to msconfig.exe and select normal startup on the first tab.
