True Image Bootable Image wont Clone

Thread needs solution

I have been a long time user of True Image and on the whole find it to be pretty reliable. I tend to use the bootable recovery media to run a clone on a Linux system disk from my file server from time to time so that if it fails I can simply drop in the cloned disk. This worked fine in the past but True Image 2013 (Build 6514) introduces a strange error. I use two identical 1TB hard drives for simplicity and all I need to do is create an identical copy of the primary drive. This version allow me to select the primary drive as source but not the destination (the second drive is shown but grayed out). I think this is likely to be because the drives are identical, but feel free to shoot me down on this. This seems rather strange as the ideal cloning solution is that the disks are identical and the partitions don't need adjusting in size.
This is not unique to True Image 2013 - Paragon drive copy suffers from the same problem in the current incarnation. Using a bootable recovery disk from True Image 2011 works fine.
I would be very pleased if Acronis could look into this.
While I'm here - when might we see Amazon S3 supported as a backup destination? I would move wholesale to Acronis across all my machines if this were to be possible - at the moment I'm using Crashplan!

Regards, Geoff.

When in Windows, can you see both disks?
