Check inside your scheduling options to make sure that option "Run only when idle" is NOT checked.

I have checked all 5 backups I have defined and NONE of them have the option "Run only when idle" checked so that is not the problem. Also "prevent computer from going to sleep" IS checked as is the "wake up.." option.

Same problem as Paul Stevens. Program hangs up on "Queued" when initiating incremental backup. Removed Acronis True Image 2015 entirely and then reinstalled the program. The program then successfully produced four successful inital backups on separate devices, but hangs up on "Queued" when trying to make incremental backups. I use only manual backups, so the program should not be running automatic backups at any time.

For a company that is selling reliability and certainty of data backup they have a real problem !!!
If I can't even count on the interface working how available will by data backup be when I need it ??? How can I trust them. I've been stuck on queued forever.

I am having exactly the same problem as Paul Stevens and jm35. My backups are set for auto times, Pretty sure there's none set for "run only when idle" and computer is not allowed to sleep ever! Have 9 processes set for different times of the week, different frequencies depending on the data that I'm backing up. Incrementals backup after full version. Can't even get the damn thing to turn off so that I can check anything and manually backup. On the point of removing software and going elsewhere... can someone recommend anything?

I have, for now solved my many Acronis True Image 2015 problems: 1) endless queuing,2) no validate option under backup, 3) for cases where I managed to run a validate having the backup lose it's "validate" even when nothing had been done to the backup, 5) Acronis Bootable Media did not recognize the 4TB externals I use to backup my photos, 6) the error message "error while parsing script" when trying to use the Validate command you get in the drop down menu when you right-click on the backup in Windows 7, 7) Errors like "Failed to Activate Acronis Bootable Agent, 8) and probably other problems (error codes/ failures/ etc) I am too traumatized to remember. I was actually able to communicate with Support via Chat without paying the per incident fee. It was not easy and, more than once, I was directed to the paperwork saying my 30 days of support had expired. Given some of the problems I listed are definitely Acronis bugs and not my issues, I must admit I was on the verge of giving up. However, since one of my problems (5) prevented me from doing a Recovery I persisted and I was connected with Chat. After several sessions during which I was directed to "do this" or "try that" or run a Repair, I was still having problems. I did learn that the 4TB problem (see 5 above), which has been documented in forums since Acronis True Image 2015 was released, is still unsolved. They are working on it. After the support person took over my machine and started deleting files in program data, I still had problems but I stumbled on a solution, that a week later, still seems to be working. What I ended up doing was totally uninstalling Acronis (repair did not do the trick) and deleting all my backup jobs, settings only, and then redefining new jobs in new locations. In my case, I theorize that the database was corrupted and only a complete, fresh start would do the trick. Incidentally, none of the three support people suggested this solution and I never found any help for any of the errors I encountered. Even text like "error while parsing script" did not appear in the Help.

have had two problems--backup list was gone then found out about program data. i reinstalled and manage to do backups and now this morning software is hung up in queued. the image 2015 software seems to be beta, well i have had it with this unreliable software that i cannot trust. if my computer crashes and the restore does not work, disaster! so, i will find other backup software. true image 2015 is trash

I struggled with the "Queued" problem for several months, including completely unstalling/reinstalling the program but with no success. Also worked with Chat Support which was a total failure. Finally, against my better principals, I bit the bullet and contacted paid Technical Support. After working with various Tech Support Agents, I finally found one who speaks fairly good English and had a pretty good knowledge concerning the program. He diagnosed a corrupted data base, took control of the computer via Team Viewer and has apparently resolved the problem. I made four complete system backups and two incremental backups this past week without any "Queued" problems. I will say that the paid Tech Support Agents worked very diligently to fix the problem and stayed with it until the hoped for resolution. It does irritate me no-end, however, that they nonetheless charge their support fee for fixing a problem which is no doubt a flaw in the original program since it has plagued me from the outset.

RE: previous comments (see above) i was searching for some other backup software when i decided to try true image one more time before uninstalling. upon opening true image 2015 there was a message stating that there was a new true image 2015 to download so i went ahead and downloaded then the software installed. true image 2015 works fine now, and will see how long it continues to work. there was no new charge for update. my software is only about 4 months old, if that makes a difference.
so bottom line is, if that update is available then i suggest that it be downloaded.
