True Image closes when I click on archive
Thread needs solution
I have both ver. 9 and 11, I get the same result with both. When I click on the archive on an external drive I get this message. "TrueImage has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". It does the same with any path I use to get to the archive. The hard drive had been changed and Acronis reinstalled, I was just looking to mount the image and recover some files.
