True Image crashes at every boot

Thread needs solution

Every time I boot, I'm informed that TIMounterMonitor.EXE and TrueImageMonitor.EXE have crashed. They crash at every startup.

The problem details are below; I might be able to provide minidumps, if I can collect them and someone knows where they should be sent. I'm running 32-bit Windows XP SP2.

Is this a known issue?

If you're not going to do automatic scheduled backups, you can disable those two from running at startup. You may not be able to mount an Image, but Windows Explorer should open it like any other folder. In build 5055 I have all True Image startup items disabled and Win Explorer can explore the .tib files.

I have the same problem. I have deleted and reinstalled Acronis True Image Home 2010 again. But at booting I allways get the TimouterMonitor.exe system fault. Please help me.
