To have a meaningful comparisons, you will need to know -

drive/partition size,
used space on drive,
resultant tib size,
type of image made (full, inc/diff,file & folder)
compression used,
file system on drive image is held on,

C + O : Partitions in above order.

C = 24GB, O = 32GB
C = 21.4GB O = 25.4GB
C+O = 27GB
Full
Normal
NTFS

Not running bitlocker or any file compression.
