Hello , I just purchased the true image home 11 and I went to make a backup of my drive which is about 100 gig. I do not see the image to compress the file like back in version 9. I do not want 100 gig backup files on my drive . Can you please tell me how I can shrink these files.

The compression feature is still present in the Acronis True Image Home 2011, feel free to use it. You can find it under Backup options ->  Performance of backup operation ->  Compression level (please find more details here). There you can also choose to split the image to several parts.
