True Image Home 2009 on WinXP Pro - file does not exist

i have true image home 2009 (build 9.809; latest!?) , install on win xp pro. when i try to back up my own files (d:\eigene dateien) it just keeps saying "specified file does not exist. : None".

my hard disk is ok! check disk can´t find any error!

any help please!
