True Image Home 2010 Build 7046 kills windows 7/32

Thread needs solution

I liked using Acronis Products over years, but now I am frustrated.
I tried to update my True Image Home 2010 Build 6029 to 7046. After the update following happens:

It is not possible to start windows explorer
It is not possible to open some windows
but the bigest problem: It is not possible, to get a windows system restore to any date. Windows give the error message, there are missing rights. Also with deactivated Virus scanner.
I made a restore of my system partition and tried oncemore to install the build 7046 with the same big problems.

Now I tried to inform Acronis on any way about the problems. But it is in german language not possible, without paying after 30 Tays from buying. My english is not the best and I hope, it is understandible.
Paying to inform for bugs is not acceptible. If anyone do not speak english, he can only throw away the product and buy another with at least a german forum.

A few customers have reported about the same behavior, the issue is under investigation now. We can find the exact reason of the issue for the particular system. The easiest way to do it is to reproduce the system crash in our QA lab.
