True Image Home 2011 got deleted

Thread needs solution

After trusting a RESTORO Rep with a computer problem, he deleted my Acronis True Image Home 2011 Program.  I still have the latest backup of my PC on an external hard drive, but can not access it.  Any hope of restoring my original Acronis program?  I still have the original installation CD, but after all of these years, Acronis does not support it.  Just asking how to get out of my jam.

Joe, there are several options that would allow you to download a copy of your ATI 2011 software but you will still need to have your license serial number in order to activate it unless you recover your PC back to a time when it was still installed.

You can visit the Acronis Product Updates page where download links are given for all versions of ATI.

You can also visit your Acronis Account login page where any of your registered products should be shown along with a link to download both the installer and an ISO image of the Linux based rescue media for that version.

Note: these a public forums so I would strongly recommend that you edit your original post of this and the duplicate topic and remove your email address unless you are happy that it might be harvested by spam bots!

You can find the serial number by logging into you Acronis account, then select the user icon top right (looks like a head and shoulders in a circle, then slick on Order History, then find the relevant product and click on Get Serial Numbers.
