True Image Home 2012 will no longer backup to NAS and says online backup has expired
We have three licenses for True Image Home 2012 and have been backing up two computers to a NAS that is on our home network. Everything was running fine until a couple of weeks ago when one of the computers stopped running it's daily backup to the NAS. The other computer that was backing up to the same NAS continues working as before.
The failing computer also started displaying this message at the bottom of the window: "Your subscription to Acronis Online Backup has expired. All operations except recovery are unavailable. All online backups will be deleted in 0 days."
It appears that TIH has erroneously concluded that our NAS is an Acronis server.
I've tried working around this issue by mapping the NAS to a drive letter and using that as the backup destination but this behaves the same as the original backup.
Both of our computers are running the latest version of TIH2012 (Update 2.1, build 7133).
Any suggestions for how to fix this problem (other than buying a copy of TIH2013!) would be appreciated.
