Hello,

I've a problem in remove True image home from my PC (W7 64bit). All the time I start the removal process it freeze -or seems to be freezed- and don't go ahead for hours.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic information it is hard to identify the exact cause of the issue. What exact version of our software you are removing from the machine? Do you remove it by means of Add/Remove programs or with the help of Acronis Clean Up Utility? 

We would appreciate if you could kindly specify the answers on the above questions as well as the following information: 

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed
  2. Screenshot of the issue
