True Image no longer can see source partitions/disks

Thread needs solution

True Image 2014 was running fine on my Windows 7 box. I then decided to upgrade to version 2015.

Yes, that was a mistake.

After realizing all the features that were now missing from 2015, I uninstalled the new version using iObit Uninstaller. After rebooting, I then installed my upgrade for 2014.

Now, when attempting a Disk/Partition mode backup, my source disks are no longer detectible by True Image. I can see all my disks if I attempt a File level backup, but no sources are visible from the Disk/Partition box.

Are ideas on next steps to try?

Thanks,

Carl
