True Image Trial Version install failures on Win 8 PC

Hi all,
I would like to evaluate TIH 2013 but can't get a clean install and not getting adequate support. They
The last comment response was:
"I appreciate your effort in providing us the .msi file. I have already gone through the .msi file and we see this error mentioned below:-
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package."
The above error is caused due to a corrupt or a bad download. We request you to use the checksum feature this time and download the file again to resolve this issue."...... if you don't have success try a live chat"...
They didn't tell me what hours they are available for Sydney customers and were not online when I tried to contact them to chat.

After downloading the Checksum utility and running it the MD5 value is no different to the registered file value assigned to my downloaded version on Acronis registration system so it appears that my install package is OK (maybe)?

I have tried:
- Run install as administrator every time
- Removing an "old" backup app.
- Deleted all my users temp files
- Rebooting
- Finally, I have renamed the original downloaded version and downloaded another and run chksum test again. Same failure again.

I have attached a document of screenshots for the 2nd install and rollback error messages and Chksum results.
I have attempted to review the 2nd msi log file which is too big and my knowledge not good enough to review so I have zipped and attached here hoping someone smarter than I can get to the root cause of this issue and maybe I will be able to evaluate this for my use?
I have to say problems this early do not inspire confidence.
