True Image won't back up

Thread needs solution

For the last three weeks, True Image won't back up my computer. It wont find a file location.

I have no idea what is going on.

Does anyone have any ideas what to look for?

I have attached my System Report.

Thanks.

"Cannot access the path: I:\Acronis Backups\Entire PC (TRACEY_COMPUTER)_full_b1_s1_v1.tib" line_tag="0x4D3F22948E29F1C0" >

The program is trying to access the storage disk and cannot find the drive I.
Confirm the disk is attached and confirm that the drive letter assigned is still I:
Often times another device such as a camera or flash drive is attached and Window changes the drive letter. Confirm 'I" is still assigned to this specific storage device.

What type disk is drive I. Is this an external usb; or a nas; or a network disk; or another network computer?

Ultimately, you may have to stop using this task and create a new task and a new backup scheme.

As you are using an incremental backup scheme, you should consider using the "automatic cleanup" feature as per my example GH12 below.

GH12. Create Custom Incremental Backup Scheme w/auto cleanup. ...Keep Full plus 6 Inc per chain. Store/Keep 4 chains. Use whatever number best fits your needs.

Same problem here. I backup disks/partitions C:, D: and thumb drive F: to the ASZ on the D: drive. I can do a manual backup and I can restore files from the backup. It will not do a scheduled backup. I have set it up to wake from sleep, keep awake during backup and start if missed after (2) minuets. That did not work so I deleted and tried keep awake and start if missed. That also did not work. Deleted backup and started again from scratch with start if missed and still no automatic backup?
Suggestions?

The ASZ offers less backup management. Do you really need it? Would another disk suffice?

Check your scheduling section which has Advanced settings listed.
Make sure you do not have the "run only when idle" checked. This optioon should be unchecked.

Not checked. The actual message is ATI cannot find the partition. I will try not using ASZ and see what happens.
