Have used TrueImage 2013 for 3 years now and no issues; recently updated W10 to Creator's update (1703) and now get windows error message. How to fix?

Only True Image 2015 and newer are supported for Windows 10. Some people have been able to run older versions on Windows but as you see there is an error with 2013.. You could download the trial version of TI 2017 and try it. What is the error message?

The message is: Acronis True Image Home has stopped working. Windows is searching for a solution>

Thomas, see KB 56196: Windows 10 support in Acronis products which states the official Acronis position on which versions are supported for use when installed on Windows 10.

There are further problems since the Windows 10 Creators Update which Acronis has released updates to both ATIH 2016 & 2017 for, but which can also be circumvented by removing the 'God Mode' folder from the Windows Desktop as this causes ATIH to crash. See post: https://forum.acronis.com/forum/129388#comment-409239 for details.

Thanks for the feedback Thomas, looks like the circumvention of moving the God Mode folder from the desktop works for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 versions plus 2016 & 2017 have updates for this problem.
