trueimage 2013 causing access denied error
Hi, this is the error I'm getting from PHPstorm now that non-stop backup is running
Could not save project:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: [PATH]\.idea\workspace.xml~ (Access is denied)
As phpstorm saves automatically after any changes the error happens fairly regular and is quite annoying. I'm not sure whether its a problem with trueimage or phpstorm but its obviously related. Anyone know a possible solution?

Hi Anton, must of set up my notifications wrong cause I didn't know somebody had replied. I'm not experiencing the problem with true image closed. Here's the info you requested.
2. PHPstorm version: 5.0.4 build: PS-121.390
3. F:\ drive. It's an external hdd that powers up with the computer and is always connected.

system report was too big to attach so I've tried splitting it in to two zips but the CDP folder only contains one file and is too big to attach even though its only 13mb?

Here's the report without the CDP folder if it helps at all?

Hello J,
Thank you for the follow-up.
We are currently working on this issue and I will keep you posted on the progress. At the moment there is no specific time frame but I will definitely get back to you with an update.
Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.
Thank you.

Hello J,
Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the issue in our test lab.
Could you please provide us with some details on what you do so that we reproduce the issue? What are the settings that you use? I am familiar a little bit with PHP, but I never used PHPstorm tool.
Thank you.

Hi Oleg, sorry for the delay, I was unfortunate enough to get food poisoning last week so haven't been at a computer.
The workspace.xml is used to save user preferences and the current state of your workspace (open tabs, cursor position, etc). I've got mine set to save when the window becomes inactive (ie minimise or switch to another app), which I think is the default.
If you have multiple tabs open I've found just switching from the current tab to another and minimising the program is enough to prompt an error.
