TrueImage 2014 "loop" problem and KB has nothing on it

Latest version of TI 2014 during a scheduled backup on my win8.1 pro PC failed and I got the following:

My primary problem is that every time I start the program, the stuck or looped backup job is still running/starts up again and is still stuck. All I do is end up coming back to the same place, a view of the error message with options to retry or cancel that do nothing. I can kill the program using taskmanager, can't kill the bad job.

I'd rather not uninstall as I have no copies of my backup protocols to use on the reinstall (and can't export them now because the program is stuck on this looped job).

Anyone know how to export the backups scheduled from the command line or via switches? Or how to kill the running backup job?

You can use the scheduler manager to try to ZAP your tasks. MAybe that will do it. Also make sure that the task is NOT scheduled with the option to do a missed backup on restart of the computer.
