TrueImage 2015 no longer lists my C: drive (which is a Raid disk) -fixed

Thread needs solution

I applied the latest Microsoft Win 7 update, and also the TrueImage 2015 update. TrueImage no longer lists my C: drive on the partition list. I can get the files (but not all of them) if I just do a file/folder backup but cannot back up the whole system, or even files on the C: drive without skipping offending folders.(If I don't do it interactively and tell it to ignore the files or folders that it does not want to back up... .dat and open log files seem to especially be a problem) the backup just stops for that drive and I don't get anything beyond that. C: is Raid 1 (which was never a problem prior to these "updates" .

Should I try to uninstall and go back to the original version? Or is there a fix?

I solved this one myself... I was going to uninstall and start again from scratch. When I went to Control Panel to do it, I noted that there were two other Acronis programs (Disk Director and Universal Media Creator) that were from the original install (I don't use either of them) I uninstalled these, and decided to give True Image 2015 one more chance. And, behold, my C: drive was back on the list. So apparently there is a conflict with other Acronis programs if they aren't also updated.
