Trueimage OEM 12 build 10045, Missing "F11" option at boot (Dell E6510, Win7, 32bit)

Thread needs solution

Trueimage version 12 build 10045
PC: Dell Latitude E6510, Bios settings: default
OS: Windows 7, 32 bit
Installation: MSI
msiexec /i AcronisTrueImage /qb XML=install.xml
with this XML: install_nolicense.xml_.txt see attached

Installation runs as normal. Creation of the Zone and Image file; also no problem.
Restore from Windows TrueImage UI, chosing the on-disk image from Zone works fine, so I have a working installation/image.

Problem: At boot I don't see and can't catch booting into Acronis (F11 option).

I have tried to specify other F-keys in my XML, just in case the Bios should have locked F11 for other (un documented) use, but without luck.
Using the same hardware but installed with XP I don't have the problem with the missing "F11 option" at boot.

Have just tested the same TI installation on a Dell E4310 with Windows 7 32 bit.
On this system I have no problem in launching Acronis at boot time with F11.

Please advise on any other tests I can perform, or suggest a solution.
I hope to hear from an Acronis supporter soon.

If this is the wrong forum to post a problem with the TI OEM version please advise.

Hello Knor,

Thank you very much for your post. I will definitely assist you.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. I was not able to find any known issues such as this in our internal database. At the moment, it is not clear why this problem occurs.

There are two ways you can get support for the OEM version. You can purchase a Per Incident Support license in your Acronis web-account and contact our Support team, or you can contact your hardware manufacturer from whom you got this Acronis Edition.

If you have additional questions, please let me know.

Thank you.
