TruImage 2014 - hanging on 'backup consolidation;
Thread needs solution
The software is hanging on a 'consolidating backup' task. Hitting cancel shows the 'are you sure you want to do this?' popup but then continues to hang. Rebooting does nothing. No other taks will run as they are 'queued', so for me the product is broken at this point.
- Resolved by leaving it on overnight.
