Try & Decide 2010 (What's written to the Secure Zone?)

Thread needs solution

The virtualized changes, or a backup of the original data?

My system contains a "volatile drive" for temporary files, which securely scrambles data between logging off and on. I'd use it for T&D's virtual data, but I'm not too sure if that's what's written to the Secure Zone when T&D is running.

If there is a document, webpage or whatever, which explains T&D's workings, just point the way.

As far as I know, TI writes the sector changes and not a backup of the original data. The idea is to leave the protected drive unchanged. Besides the T&D section in the manual, I don't know if Acronis has any written articles explaining the process.

In any case, I think you'd need to try it and find out. The SZ may not be happy being scrambled on a volatile drive.
