Try & Decide not committing

I use 2011 True Image Home. I started the Try&Decide option. I then applied without rebooting. When it was applying, it only got to 98% after 12 hours so I shut the computer down.

Then I rebooted and here's the problem. It started Acronis Loader, then started committing - however the status of committ has been 0% for several hours.

I'm on windows 7 64 bit.

I also tried to start windows in safe mode but acronis committer starts before I get this option.

How can I undo this if possible or fix this?
