Try an decide won't work in TrueImage2009.9796

Hi all,

I've found this:  I installed the new version of TrueImage2009.9796_s_en and Try & Decide won't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, it won't work. Then i uninstalled and installed the previous version, TrueImage2009.9709_s_en and it works like a breeze, as in the last 9 months i used it. Please correct this problem, it's not tolerable that a newer version has bugs like the one i described.

I went back to the previous version after reading some post about this same issue and can affirm the following:

- The 2 files some moderator said have to be in the main TIH dir are not there.

- The service the same moderator said which has to be active under Control Panel\...\services are not there.

But with the older version Try & decide works very well. Also, the dir it creates on the main root is deleted after the restart.

This comments by itself on the quality of Acronis support.
