UBCD and true image 2010 seen as trial

Thread needs solution

Hello, Hopefully support can help me here as I've been trying to figure out how to directly contact support but can't find the link it seems.

I am trying to intergrate my true image 2010 recovery manager into a UBCD and every time I get it working true image tells me I am running the trial and that I can't create a backup because of this. I have purchased the full version (am still in my 30 day free support) and would like to get this to work as it is the only way I can work on my system and I don't have many flash drives to put different tools on. I have used the following URLS to try to get it intergrated. It all works other than being seen as a trial.

http://www.acronis.com/r/support/en/kb/388/flash_syslinux.html

http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=855

I have used both the dat files from the ISO I built and directly from my "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome" folder (I have true image installed on my win7 system with the work I'm doing on an XP system).

I'm diffidently working off of the full version plus when I use the iso in a vm it works fine without saying it is a trial .

if you need any more information let me know. thank you.

What is a UBCD?

Universal Boot CD. A CD that can have many programs in it, much like the BartPE cd with True Image.

sorry about that. Ultimate boot cd ( http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ ). It is a cd full of free applications to fix PC issues. I have version 11 of true image home working on it but 2010 will not work no matter what I try to do.

Is there any way to e-mail support directly? My account says I have 30 days of free support and so didn't the website I purchased 2010 from but every time I try to use the support options i'm not given a direct e-mail / etc path to support.
