Unable 2 backup Outlook after migration to MS Office 10

I installed MS Office 10. Disk backup normal, but Outlook wanders away (to Norton files)
and will not backup. I get this msg: Failed to Back up file or folder ‘C:Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Norton/{0C55C096-)f1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}/NIS_18.1.0.37/Logs/bash.dat’.

This happens with multiple files on this direcory. I do not think we should even be in
/Norton/
