Unable to activate after Product Update

Hi there - I was running Acronis True Image 11 Home, and got a pop-up message stating that there was a free upgrade to True Image 2014 to apply. I installed the update to TI 2014, but am unable to activate the program. I get pop-ups saying that the hardware ID has changed and to activate, so I click activate, but Acronis states it's unable to connect to an activation server. I tried doing the procedure for activating from a different computer, but when I upload my activation, or type it in manually and click Get Activation Code, the page doesn't change or display a different code.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
