Unable to add TIB files to backup list and no error message displayed

Thread needs solution

I have a bunch of incremental system backups.
I open Acronis TI 2014 and select "Add Backup".
I navigate to the backups and select the most recent of the incremental backup series.
The explorer window closes and I return to my backup list, which has not changed.
I have also tried selecting the first file in the series and selecting all files in the series.

If I select one of the TIB files in Windows Explorer, right click > True Image > Recover, it displays a message "searching for versions..." for a couple of minutes and then changes to "there are no previous versions for this backup". I then can only press "OK" at which point the window disappears and nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

post a picture of your storage folder showing the tib files.
Sort the folder into detail mode with the files sorted by date/time.

The bottom part of this example is what I am asking for.

Added edit:

The files should be added only to the task which created the full backup.
For example, if the inc file shows such as b5 as the backup number,
then it should be found under the b5 full listing.

You could try selecting all the chain (all tib files with the same B number
and add all the files to the listing. Actually, all files created by the task should be displayed within Acronis BAckup Explorer.
