Unable to change image path

I've changed the image path to an external drive, which ended up changing within the system after connecting a card reader - so to resolve this issue for the future, I changed the external drive letter to "Z". I changed this within the image job configuration, but when I click on the job, there is a RED "X" between the system drive and the image destination. The image destination shows Z:\..., but the red X shows D:\...

No matter what I try, I am unable to resolve this problem.
