Unable to create image

Thread needs solution

"I've had ATI ver. 7 for several years and have used it flawlessly on my previous machine. However, on this new new rig, with two SATA HDDs I am unable to create an image and if what it showed as being copied, I was unable to restore the image using the "boot" CD that had been created.

Must I purchase an upgraded version of ATI to work with the SATA drives"?

Version 7 is a way too old version to cope with Sata drives. Download the Trial of the latest version and see if the boot CD "sees" your drives.

Where and how do I find a trial of the latest version?

Okay, I found where the trial version exists, but it looks like it may take some time to d/l. My primary concern is to create an image of my C: drive and then restore if I have a problem. Thanks!
