Unable to create volume snapshot - Fix

Help solution didn't work. Fixed with Windows 7 restart (reboot).
True Image 2015 worked after install. Then it wouldn't backup with the "unable to create volume snapshot." After several backup trials, I checked the Volume Shadow Copy and Software Shadow Copy and they were set to automatic. I generated the attached System Report and then thought to restart Windows 7 and try backing up again. Then the backup worked fine.
System is Windows 7 Professional, fully up to date as of 3/23/2015. AMD 6 core processor, backing up the C: drive to a physically separate I: drive, with plenty of space on both drives.
