Unable to create 'WinPE-based media with Acronis Plug-In'

Hi All,
I am using the 'Rescue Media Builder' functionality in an attempt to build 'WinPE-based media with Acronis Plug-In'.
The process starts fine, as can be seen below -
However after a while an error screen is shown -
When I click on 'Link to KB with error code' as shown in the last screen capture I am taken to this Acronis page...
Unfortunately the page above has no information on how to overcome this issue.
If anybody can offer any advice on this issue it will be greatly appreciated.
