Unable To Deploy Remote Agent

Hello,

i am attempting to incorporate "Acronis True Image Echo 9.5 Build 8072 Workstation with Universal Restore" to a 50 computer domain.

i am the administrator here and im having a bit of a problem.

i have installed "acronis backup server" and the "true image management console" on an adminstrative workstation.

when i open up my management console and try to install the remote agent on my client computers, i get the following error:

i entered in my adminstrative account info on the domain.

after many failed attempts at this, i tried to install the remote agent locally.

then i tried  to connect to the workstation computer from my administrative computer i get this error:

 

any ideas?

Please do the following to fix the issue:

1) Download the latest build #8353 of the product. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

2) Install the product and update all the components;
3) Please remember that you need to either reboot the machine where the components have been updated or simply restart Windows service of the Acronis Agent.

To restart the service:
- Hit Start -> Run and type services.msc
- Restart the Acronis Remote Agent service.

If the issue persists, then try disabling SSL encryption:
- Click Start -> Run and type in regedit to open Windows Registry;
- Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Acronis\Encryption\Server;
- Rename the Server subkey to Server1.

Also when you select the computer you want to connect to you can specify the IP address instead of the computer name.
